Cyber Rus provides guidance and support to students seeking admission to Russian universities through the Russian Government Scholarship. Our services include:

- Application submission to relevant Russian authorities
- Coordination with Russian universities and educational bodies
- Visa guidance and travel support
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
- The information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful
- You are legally permitted to apply for international studies and travel
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide all requested documents on time
- Maintain regular communication with our team
- Follow our application timeline and instructions carefully
- Respect all legal and visa related obligations required by Russian authorities
4. Fees and Payments
- Some of our services are offered free of charge as part of our mission to assist scholarship applicants.
- However, certain services (e.g., document translation, courier fees, notarization, etc.) may require additional fees, which will be communicated in advance.
- The consultancy fees are payable at the end after receiving the requested service. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
5. Scholarship Disclaimer
Cyber Rus acts as a consultancy and facilitator. We do not guarantee:
- Scholarship approval or selection
- Admission to a specific university
- Visa approval or processing time
The final decision lies solely with the Russian Ministry of Education, participating universities, and embassy officials.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website – including logos, text, graphics, and materials – is the property of Cyber Rus and may not be used or reproduced without our written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Rejection of applications by government or university authorities
- Delays in visa processing or travel arrangements
- Loss or misuse of documents due to third-party service providers
- Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, especially if:
- False or misleading information is provided
- You violate any of these Terms
- There is abuse or misuse of our services or team members
